Dawson James Securities’ Syndicate Department coordinates the marketing, distribution & pricing of Dawson James Securities managed and co-managed equity public offerings.
Our objective is to create strong long-term demand through three broad distribution channels:
- Dawson James Securities’ retail system;
- Institutional investors; and
- A syndicate comprised of other Wall Street firms
Additionally, we are often invited to participate in public & private offerings managed by other leading investment banking firms, thus we give investors the opportunity to participate in emerging companies nationwide by maintaining strong relationships with national and regional brokerage firms throughout the United States.
